Hi Nick,

I have applied at TW for Test Analyst role and I have also had telephonic interview with HR. I just wanted to know how tough is the interview for Testers and what type of question do they ask in technical interviews?

thank you.

Hi Nick,

I heard there is a coding phase in the interview process. How will they evaluate?

I mean i am good at solving algorithmic problems but zero in designing for extensiblity and other ..... it would be helpful for me to focus on it

Thanks

Hi Mark,

I can't read too much into your specific situation, but you should hear back from your recruiter soon after all the assessments and interviews are complete. The follow up phone interview is probably just to confirm that you are the right candidate for the job offer. Everyone has to go through the extensive interview and assessment process, so don't be fazed by it. All the best with the rest of it!

Cheers,
Nick.

Hi Nick,

I had an f2f interview with TW 4 business days back. The recruiter told me that I could have a follow-up phone interview if they decided to proceed ahead with my profile within 10 business days. I found that quite strange to have a phone interview after meeting f2f. I think my interview was very straightforward and I was not grilled that much, which kinda puzzled me because people say TW consultants ask very tough questions. My logic and wonderlic tests were pretty ok - not sure if that even matters. Are the ones selected told on the spot or do they have to wait for sometime before hearing about the offer?

I have other offers to consider right now but I liked TW very much. Hence, I was trying to decode the interview process at TW by any possible hints :) Any ideas about the timelines for final offers?

Thanks,
Mark

I'm not sure if they have changed it, but it is either a puzzle solving test, or an analytical test where you try to answer as many questions as you can within a time limit.

Hi Lakshmi,

I can't speak for the BAs in India, but in Australia the BAs work closely with both the development team and the business. They gather requirements and collate them into stories for just-in-time analysis for the development team. They also facilitate meetings such as retrospectives and showcases.

I cannot comment on salary as I do not know what BAs earn in India. This is something you should speak to your recruiter about.

Cheers,
Nick.
