I found that quite strange to have a phone interview after meeting f2f. I think my interview was very straightforward and I was not grilled that much, which kinda puzzled me because people say TW consultants ask very tough questions. My logic and wonderlic tests were pretty ok - not sure if that even matters. Are the ones selected told on the spot or do they have to wait for sometime before hearing about the offer?
